Occupational English Test – An Alternative English Test to the IELTS for Doctors
Doctors who want to register with the GMC or apply for the PLAB test can now take an alternative English test to the IELTS.
Occupational English Test (OET) is an English language test administered by Cambridge Language Assessment and Box Hill Institute. It assesses reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, with an emphasis on communication in a healthcare environment. It is run in over 40 countries.
Student Finance (England) for Refugees – Eligibility
You will be eligible for full Student Support if you satisfy all the following:
(a) you must be ordinarily resident in England on the first day of the first academic year of your course; and
(b) you must:
- have been recognised as a refugee by the UK Government and have remained ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands since then; or

Family Fun Day & Art Show
We are delighted to invite you to our Family Fun Day on Sunday 28th May, from 14:00 to 19:00.
There will be plenty of music and dances in addition to children activities. The Art Show will be running alongside and we will also be providing a range of cold and hot drinks.
Please bring your food with you to share.
During the day we will be presenting our collective work from the last 12 months as part of our 2nd Annual General Meeting which starts at 16:00.
